Is There Any Need For Me To Go With ATT Drugs As I Am Having Mycobacterium DNA In DNA Pcr Test?

If I have a presence of mycobacterium DNA in DNA pcr test and all the other test like qft gold, histopathology, and bactec culture show a negative result is there any need for me to go with ATT drugs? I am a case of chronic pcod and primary infertility

HI, UNLESS YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC, THERE IS NO REASON TO START ATT JUST BECAUSE PCR FOR TB IS POSITIVE. high potassium foods
