Is There Any Medication To Improve The Stiffness In Muscles?

I have been diognosed with nemaline myopathy around 2 years ago.Muscles on my right leg are very stiff.I go for intense physiotherapy and keep moving to the best of my ability.The muscles in my arms and left leg seem normal.
My question -Is there any medication to improve the stiffness in the muscles?

Muscle stiffness due to myopathy is difficult to improve as it is due to structural abnormality of muscle. I can give you few suggestions.
1. Try Baclofen, it is effective in some cases.
2. keep on doing physiotherapy.
3. Meet a neurologist and take opinion,he may offer you some other medications.
