Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

In angiography, there is reduced blood flow through the branches of coronaryu arteries and you may have coronary heart diesease for which you must take treatment. The X ray chest WNL indicates within normal limits, a short form to write normal chest radiograph. In other words instead of writing a complete report the radiologist wrote an abbreviation for a normal X ray chest.

Coronary artery disease might cause the breathlessness.
