Endocrinologist 's  Response
dear ma'm, hi! welcome to HCM. hypothyroid and PCOD are linked problems often. though your thyroid is balanced, you need very good monitoring and delicate balance through out pregnancy. yes you are on the right track. you will not gain weight with these medicines, rather you may lose some if you follow them wisely. periods getting regular might take some time, may be three months. still to be doubly sure about the ovulation you may use TVS or ovulation studies.
