Is There Any Alternative To Vag Hyst Since Endometrial Biopsy Shows Adenomyosis For Which Ablation Do Not Help?

I was scheduled for a vag Hyst on 12/20 and now at the last minute my insurance company says I need to try an ablation first. My uterus is boggy and is a(10week) size and the endometrial biopsy shows adenomyosis. My biggest problem is severe cramping, which my doctor says the ablation won't help cure. I don't know what else to do.

Greetings of the day

The only option with you is to either make the consulting gynecologist to speak to insurance company or a authorized explainatory letter to insurance company from your Gynecologist.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life
