General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The most probable cause may be eardrum rupture by pressure.
She may need to get examined by an ENT doctor to check his ear canal with an otoscope.
She may need surgery to get cured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
