Is The Rash And Discolored Sore Lump In Genital Area Sign Of A STD?

I have a rash between my abdominal and genital area, there seems to be pus blisters and one lump in particular that is soar, discoloured and has multiple pimple like bumps around it very close the my penis. The rash almost seems centred around this one bump, is it an STD?

After going through the description I would keep a possibility of Molluscum contagiosum considering that the lesions are painless and probably are sexually acquired (STD). Probably one of these is secondarily infected with bacteria and is therefore sore

I would certainly advice that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis.

Molluscum lesions are pearly white asymptomatic papules and they are characterised by a central dent/umblication. They are caused by molluscum contagiosum virus.

Treatment is ablation of individual lesion with either cautery or CO2 Laser. Molluscum also be treated by topical imiquimod 5% cream.
