Hello Nitin,
From the medicines prescribed to you, it seems to me that you may be having male pattern hair fall or androgenetic alopoecia.
For this type of hair fall, the treatment prescribed to you seem fine. Minoxidil (Tugain) and finasteride ( Finpecia) are US-FDA approved in the treatment of male pattern hair loss. Androanagen has multivitamins necessary for hair regrowth.
You have to remember to follow up with your doctor as hair fall treatment takes time.
Have a healthy diet rich in proteins and anti-oxidants ( fruits and vegetables).
Try to reduce stress by yoga/ relaxation techniques as stress could worsen hair fall.
Hope this clears your doubts.
Take care.
