Hi,

It may not be harmful but it may decrease their efficacy. The side effects of vomiting, bleeding and spotting in women who received misoprostol on the same day is significantly less compared with women who received misoprostol 48 hours after the mifepristone. However, taking mifepristone and misoprostol on the same day may not be effective at causing abortion within the first 24 hours compared with the standard time interval of 48 hours between medications.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
