General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction to Clindamycin. I suggest to stop using this medication which can be the cause of your symptoms. I also suggest to use an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I recommend to use Hydrocortisone cream for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
