Is Stretching Exercise Known To Help Reduce The Possibility Of Tearing Frenulum During Intercourse?

Is it possible to do stretching exercises to help reduce the possibility of tearing my frenulum? Im uncircumcised. When Im not erect my foreskin completely covers and even when erect my foreskin still covers the head of my penis. I can pull my foreskin back, but when I let go it gets stuck on the ridge. I am just scared that my frenulum could tear while having sex.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have either partial Phimosis or a band of adhesion between glans and frenulum that is preventing complete retraction of foreskin over glans penis ,

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.

If needed you may have to get the band excised under local anaesthesia. This is a simple surgery and offers permanent cure and you can have enjoyable sexual life.
