I took birth control for 2.5 years and stopped at 35. I noticed that my menstrual flow is a whole day then becomes light. I've been having light monthly periods and I noticed a change in the beginning of the year that my menstrual blood is thin and light. Before the uterine lining begins to shed, I would feel warmer and sometimes prespire at night.
My menstrual flow has started and the blood is brown and thin. Lately, my lower back has been bothering my and I feel bloated while I'm sleep but I eat very little before I got to bed. Please tell me if this is a serious concern and what is happening to my body now that I'm in my late thirties. Thank you.
