Is Removal Of Cotton Gauge After A Septoplasty, Done For Improvement Of Breathing Is Very Painful?
I heard It is very painful during the removal of cotton gauge After a septoplasty. The pain is so bad according to some of my friends who did it, I am scared to do it.On the other hand It is necessary for me as I am having trouble to breath easily. Do you have any better suggestion?

Hello,
The removal of cotton gauge can be removed easily and without pain by using saline to moisten the gauge and by using anesthetic nasal sprays which contain lignocaine which will take care of the pain while removing it.
Hence no need to worry it will not be painful.
Once the gauge is removed your breathing problem also will be solved.
