Is Presence Of Several Nabothain Cyst In Pelvic Ultrasound A Cause For Concern?

I had a real-time ultrasound performed through the pelvis via transabdominal and endovaginal approaches. Diagnosis was heterogeneous uterine myometrium, probably with a 1 cm lower uterine segment fibroid. Several nabothain cysts. Endometrium not well characterized. No ovarian mass. Uterus is normal size. Any need to worry about anything?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.The features in your report suggest - Adenomyosis - inflammatory change in the uterus, with altered echotecture.
2.You need to worry depending on your age and symptoms, if you are in reproductive age group - need to treat as soon as possible - as it may cause difficulty in getting pregnancy with above findings.
3.If excessive bleed - needs treatment even hysterectomy treatment of choice.
4.Even fibroid does not cause symptoms at times, action requires depending on age and symptoms.
5.Nabothain cysts are harmless, they can remain with out change, monitoring is needed.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
