General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Endometrial thickness varies according to the time in the menstrual cycle.

(1) during menstruation- 2 to 4 mm

(2)early proliferative phase (day 6 to 14)-5 to 7 mm

(3)late proliferative to pre ovulatory phase- up to 11 mm

(4)secretory phase- 7 to 16 mm

Your endometrial thickness may be normal in some of these aspects of the cycle. This should not present a problem with conception.

I hope this helps
