General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If the fibroid is small, it may need myomectomy surgery and then IVF can be done. But the best way would be to go for surrogacy with self or donor egg. Serum mullerian hormone, estrogen, progesterone and thyroid levels will be more helpful in indicating your fertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
