Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Podowart application for is an excellent method of chemical cauterization for genital warts. But it is useful only for few scattered warts and not fou huge or extensive one as this application over larger surface may be having toxic side effects. There is no fixed dosage for the use of podowart. A thin film just over the lesion is enough and should not be left over night, preferably to be washed within 3 hours after application. Otherwise a local dermatitis or vaginitis in females or balanitis in males is possible. 3 weeks is a long interval. Applications with an interval of a week is ideal.
