Is Panderm With Cream Safe To Treat Pimples On Face?
Hi I was using the panderm + cream from last 2 months...and now I stopped using that after getting the information about the side effects from that...but now I suffering from lot of pimples on my face and they are Increasing day by day....can u please suggest me what can I do for that to stop ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Panderm is absolutely contraindicated for acne. It contains a potent steroid which can lead to various side effects like acne, skin thinning, photosensitivity and facial hair growth, specially troublesome in females etcetera.
You did the right thing by discontinuing it.
Foe acne, I would suggest you to see a dermatologist. Your treating dermatologist might ask you to apply topical clindamycin and topical benzoyl peroxide gel at seperate times of the day.
An oral antibiotic such as doxycycline might also be considered by your dermatologist for inflammtory acne.
Use a gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash twice daily and also a gel based broad spectrum sunscreen at least 15 to 20 minutes, before stepping out in the sun.
