Is Pain In Lower Left Abdomen Harmful?

OK, so the other day i lifted a pallet while working at walmart. I liftted the pallet with my right side while using my right hand while my left hand was supporting it. I lifted with the right side of my body. All of a sudden i felt a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen and so i slowly put the pallet down and walked to the restroom to see what was up. I just felt a pulsing pain and went back to the salesfloor walking and i would feel a pulsing pain everytime i would walk with my left leg. The pulsing pain was in my lower left abdomen. It is in the same spot that months a go i went to the doctor for. I went to the doctor for pain in my lower left abdomen. He felt around and didnt feel a hernia or tell me that i had any symptoms, i also gave a blood test because i let him know that i had a puppy that died from parasites and that maybe they could of spread to me and got in my lower left abdomen hence the blood test. Now it has slowly gone down (the pulsing pain) and doesnt really hurt because it is not pulsing but a more every once in a while throughout the day and it is more uncomfortable than pain.Obviously if i lift something that takes a bit of effort my lower left side will hurt. But if i would have to rate the uncomfortable pain it would be a 3. Oh also the blood test revealed that i was healthy and that a colonoscopy wasnt neccessary. The doctor said that it could be IBS or a muscle strain or a bowel movement issue because i have been pushing hard when i go bathroom, he recommended colace and the pain eventually began forgettable and i stopped taking colace. Month has passed and everything and then the pallet issue happened. Now i dont know what to do because it feels just like the pain that i went to the doctor the last time for. I dont know what to do. Should i wait for the pain to subsize, like give it a week? Or do you think i just aggravated the area?

Hi.
You have to get an opinion of a Surgical gastroenterologist to get a proper clinical diagnosis and then to undergo investigations of ultrasonography and / CT scan of the abdominal wall and the abdomen proper .
This is very important as the correct diagnosis only can lead to a proper treatment.
This can be due to a muscle strain also.
Hernia is still a probability as the bubonocele are not easily diagnosed
