Is Pain In Lower Abdomen, Muscle Pain Around Vagina And Buttocks After Wet Dream Normal?
Hello doctor, I just had a wet dream and woke up with pain in my lower abdomen area around the uterus, as well as muscle pain around the vagina and buttocks. I believe I experienced female ejaculation ("squirting") as well (I often squirt during intercourse with my boyfriend but this is the first time to have experience it from a wet dream). I am female, engaged and age 22. Is this pain worrisome? It feels like intense muscular soreness/tightness.

No. I don't think that there is nothing much to worry about this condition, I would suggest you to have a course of Pantoprazole for 5 days and Drotaverine tablets for cramping pain for 5 days.
