Is Pain Abdomen With Missed Period A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Sir, Me and my girlfriend had dry sex. She didnt wear anything and i wore my boxers on.. it was just humping.. I did not ejaculate during the whole process. she also got her periods normally. but in next month she was not getting periods but having pains in her abdominal region. So i just wanted to know if its becoz of pregnent or some other reason. P.S. we didnt have any type of contact after thaat

Hi,welcome to HCM. I think she should first test urine for diagnose pregnancy. If this test is negattive then exclude PCOS and other pathology. So she will test blood for thyroid profile,prolactin,sugar and androgen level with USG of lower abdomen and pelvis. If you have any othet query then you can contact me. Thank you.
