Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hi You had Carpal tunnel surgery 3 weeks ago and have (R) Fore finger and Ring Finger numbness and pain. Some times in early post operative period , there is still swelling in the operated area and pressure on the nerve continues. It should start subsiding in few weeks time. I would give you pain killers ( mainly to reduce swelling ) , Gabapentin ( to reduce numbness and burning) and night splintage ( To reduce night pain). If there is no relief then I would recommend Repeat NCV after 2-3 months.
