Hi gretings from health care magic
there are so many ways to reduce your cholesterol naturally
1) reduce all fried and fatty foods, avoid all junk fast foods, avoid as much as possible anon veg foods except fish.
2) daily morning walk or jogging for 30 to 45 minutes,
3) Take garlic cloves it has good effect in hypercholesteromia. natural garlic is good than artificial garlic preparation tablet
4) Drinking two glasses of orange juice each day can help
5)Try eating a number of small meals throughout the day rather than three main meals a day
6)Wholegrain food products are thought to be good for reducing the amount of low density lipoproteins (LDL)
7)avoid cofe, It is thought that coffee can contribute to increasing cholesterol levels
8)Use olive oil as much as possible. This could be in cooking

These are simple changes that you can make in your daily life that are fairly easy to implement. You may not see a reduction your cholesterol levels overnight but in time it will lower. thank you
