Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of blood test is as follows:
The hemoglobin level of 14.6%, total leukocyte count of 6400 per cubic millimeter, and differential leukocyte count are all within normal limits.
The normal range for platelet count is between 1.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs per cubic millimeter.
The platelet count of 1.1 lakhs per million is lower than the normal range, however, the level is not so low so as to cause any complication.
Infections, autoimmune disorders, etc should be ruled out.
You can get the platelet count repeated after few weeks.

Thanks and take care
