Hello , i been having a issue on my penis for quite sometime, on the head on the site i have a light red sore almost look like a sore when i touch it is kind of tinkle, don't hurt at all, is not leaking anything at all and on the inside of my foreskin is a ring that is kind a tide, sometimes itches like hell and when my hold shaft is dry the ring looks like is kind of pealing a bit and Im not circumcised.
