Is Multivitamin In Droplet Form Okay For Infant?

Is a multivitamin (in droplet form) okay for my one month old son? He is exclusively breast feeding. I have learned that vitamin D is the only vitamin necessary in addition to breast milk, but it is not sold here in Peru by itself (only in a multivitamin format). Thus, my thought was to just give him this.
