Is Mild Abdominal Cramps And Discomfort During 35th Week Of Pregnancy Normal?

i am 35 weeks pegenant tomorrow and my midwife wrote in my notes last thursday that i am 1/5 engaged. on and off today i have experienced mild period like cramping pain in my lower adoman and a lot of pressure down below, the cramping doesnt last very long and is not painful just uncomfortable and they're not regular, what is this? is it normal? and do i need to be concerned? many thanks

Hi,
It could be labour pains.
You need to relax,and if you have bleeding ,regular pains,or break of water,please go to the mid wife immediately.
This is normal,although slighty early at 35 weeks.
Sometimes these pains subside on their own, if they are false labour pains.
