Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Children around age of puberty tend to have fall in hemoglobin due to onset of menstruation. It leads to increased blood loss and increased demand of Iron.
I would suggest following
1. Deworm her with Albendazole
2. Start her on multi vitamins and Hematinics

There is no need to be worried about

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
