my husband is going into surgery in the morning for a very large mass of infection attached to his lungs ,he is not in good shape and does not think he will survive ,he has had a double bypass 10 years ago he has diabetes , I want to know if his life could be in danger. thank you
HI Thank for asking to HCM Madam I really appreciate your concern, I do not want to wrongly informed you but in such case clinical examination is very important without that it is difficult to answer your question still as you are saying about the condition of your husband it is better to have a word with the surgical team, you have not say any thing about diagnosis, otherwise I could advise something, take a good care of your husband and good luck.
