Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Saddiq ul Abidin. I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Tuberculosis in pregnancy has a great stigma factor associated with it. However, all the four drugs given as anti tuberculosis are all safe in pregnancy and are not known to have any harmful affects on either on the forming baby on mother. But the drugs can derange the liver functions so they need to be monitored quite frequently and vigilantly.
Vitamin B6 is mandatory for patients on ATT. So if I were your attending physician I would have recommend you to continue your anti TB treatment with frequent follow ups with doctor.

I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.Otherwise rate and close the discussion
