Hi. I am using Chaini Khaini pillows several times a day. I kind of got addicted to this. Is it safe to use them? Thanks.

No, it is not safe to use them. It has tobacco and causes ill effects on health with the minimal effect being staining of your teeth to the maximum of getting an oral cancer. So, please avoid using it.
