Is It Possible To Improve Vision Through Exercise ?
hi,i am 26 years old femal, i had vision problem for many years.my left eye power is -7.00 and right is -6.00.i used glasses for this,recently both of my eyes are in pain in some time,last year my doctor suggest me cylindrical power for both my eyes like 0.50. i used this for last year,but with out this i had no other problem .is it any problem?how can i improve my eye vision? suggest me.

actually your eye power is high , i think even lasik also ll be difficult to be done for ur condition , as of to improve your vision you should use the corrected spectacles or else worsening of exsisting power ll happen .

YOU ARE having high myopia and you are having 0.5 D cylinder.no need to worry if you are comfortable with your old prescription of glasses.If you wish you can go for LASIK Surgery or contact lenses after having fitness for all test which are carried for lasik like corneal thickness,orbscan.So consult any good ophthalmologist at your place.

u are myopic and also has astigmatism to certain extent.. there is no specific proven exercise to improve vision in myopic patients, u can try following things.. try to engage in near vision activities..if your power gets settled for more than 6months then u can try for lasik surgery...but again it depends upon various other conditions.. consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation..... take care...bye...
