Is It Normal To Vomit Grey Stomach Bile While Taking Nexium For Overproduction Of Stomach Acid?
I take Nexium for overproduction of stomach acid, and have been on this for about 8 years. I just woke up and vomited grey stomach bile and what looked like coffee grounds. Is this normal and can I wait to see if it happens again, or do I need to go to the ER?

As you describe it appears that you are using the nexium since 8 years, It reduce the acid secretion, to nil, which is not expected to have and can cause some changes in the stomach mucosa.
As you describe the vomiting is expected to be the blood discharge,and vomiting of the same.
So i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a gastroscopy for diagnosis and treatment, and to prevent further changes in the gastric mucosa.
