Hello dear
Understand your concern
Always use misoprotol under observation to terminate pregnancy to prevent complication and for successful abortion. Pre pill USG is required to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.
Bleeding will not stop suddenly, it will gradually decrease and stop witin 5-6 day after using pill.
Pain occur due to uterine contraction.
My advice are below:
Consult the gynecologist at 7th day
USG scan should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion, if pill fails to abort , it should be removed by D & C.
Proper rest, analgesic should be taken
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
