Is It Normal To Have Light Periods When Using Oral Contraceptive Pills?

I had using the oral contraceptive pill last november and had my period that month .then i continue using pills then got sex in december 3 and had my period in last week of the month but my period is just light and just last for 5days.then i stop taking pills on the next day and have no sex yet..is it safe for me?this week is the week i should get my period but it havent come yet.i just worried.

Dont worry about it. OCP helps to control pregnancy. Sometime spotting and delay menses happen with OCP, its the usual side effect of them. Just wait of few more days and u will get u menses. In case if u r not getting it, then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.
