Is It Normal Having Blood On Toilet Paper And Having Bad Cramps And Muscle Pulls From Couple Of Days?

Hiya I have been having really bad cramp pains and tightening across my tummy for the past week ( Braxton hicks) I'd say and I lost my moscle plus a few weeks back and bits ever since. I went to the toilet about 20 mins ago for a wee and they was a spot of blood on the toilet paper . Is this normal ?. Thanks

Blood in toilet paper and tightening across the tummy is not normal at all.
Blood on the toilet paper after urinating could indicate urinary tract infection or a stone in the urinary tract.
You have mentioned about Braxton Hicks. But you have not confirmed that you are pregnant and how many weeks you are pregnant. The bleeding could be even related to that.
I would advice you to go to your doctor for evaluation.
