If it is confirmed that your wife is pregnant then you have to consult Gynaecologist if she is having bleeding after sex.Bleeding after sex can be due to threatened abortion so get her examined and then treated.Also if it is seen that the baby is fine then please avoid sex in the next few months till the doctor advises.
