Hi, I would appreciate some question answered about a L5S1 dgenerated herniated disc. I am on a lot of rest , Physio therapy and on 3 medications .... nerve med, strong pain killer and anti onflammatory . Over these 2 weeks of this treatme nt I have seen about 50% of relief in pain and ability to return to normal function. Do you think I can take a vacation trip now or is it advisable to put it off ?
