Is it a serious matter if an obese diabetic gets pain,numbness and weakness in the leg ?

i am a diabetic, and my left leg is starting to give me problems. I m having tingles, numbnest, pain, and weakness. should i loss weight? or is this something serious? My weight is 284 lb and I m 5 3.

As you are diabetic having obesity can have any problem leading to more complications in any part of your body so be careful.
Problem you are having is mainly due to diabetic neuritis,
you should also worry for diabetic food which is very serious problem.
You remember following points by heart,
Keep diabetes under fully control,
Reduce your weight,it is very important,
Strict diet control,
You consult diabetologist for your leg complain to rule out diabetic foot.
