I Have Stiffness In Both Legs And Hands. My Sugar Level Between 150 To 200

hi, i have diabetics constants between 150/200 level 1st but i have both the hand and leg stiffness numness no pain Dr advised 1 tablet NEORODAY H and 1 teblet MEGA FREE FLEX but no relief. i am taking glynase 5 mg 1 morning and 1 evening. will you please advice me . regards.aes.

hello,
i would advise you to take low carbohydrate diet.
please monitor your sugar levels well.
do regular exercise.
it take a couple of weeks for the stiffness to come down.
you need to keep the sugars always below 140 to get fast action of drugs.

Hello.Welcome.Uncontrolled diabetes causes micro and macro vascular complications.Your stiffness and numbness is probably due to diabetic neuropathiy.Your effort should be to get your blood sugar controlled at any cost.Take the help of your physician to get it controlled and start doing regular exercises which will help in controlling blood sugar as well as your stiffness and numbness.Good luck.

Thanks for query,
You are having Diabetic Neuritis.
Go for injection B1,B6,B12 and other multivitamin supplements.
Control your diabetes otherwise diabetic neuropathy is common.
Do regular exercise like running,swimming.jogging.
Avoid fried,sweet and junk food.

hello, you are experincing the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy.
so strict blood sugar control & have regular blood check upof fasting blood sugar & glycosylated haemoglobin
drink plenty of water, green leafy vegitables & fruits.
have regular walking for 20-30 minutes every day
