Is Hcg Shot Developing Heaviness In Heart?

I feel weird, it s my second day of taking the hcg shots. My heart feels heavy or that s the best way I can describe it. I m a little tingly on my left side. I m only 27. Is it just because it s the second day. My doctor isn t answering. I m taking 20cc
