Is Gold LED Facial Recommendable At 20 Years Of Age?

I am 20 years old, and consideting gold LED facials because the spa is offering a huge discount on gold LED facial package. So I was wondering If I am still young for this kind of facials, or should I grab this oppurtunity? Is this facial completely harmless or should I refrain from buying the offer? Please note that my skin is considerably healthy, and I have finished my roaccutane treatment more than 5 months ago, and I am considering this facial because I am a person interested in keeping her skin at the most healthiest and good looking state.
