Is Weight Loss Protein Shake Recommendable?
I have polyscytic ovary syndrome which led to diabetes, type 2. Im interested in drinking protein shake. I'm not on meds just diet control. Can I take amway weight loss protein shake without it spiking my numbers. (by the way I run 20-25 minutes 5x week).

Dear madam i can understand your concern.
the main aim of weight loss in PCOS is to reduce insulin resistance.
This is better achieved only with regular exercise
weight loss protein many not have that much role alone with out exercise
