Is Frequent Urination,tender Breast And Sleep Trouble Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had my last period around the beginning of December, and haven't had one since. I've had trouble sleeping, a very abruptly beginning and ending fever, tender breasts,frequent need to urinate (then again I drink alot of water), and an increased aversion to smells, but no nausea or any other symptoms. Could this be stress related or the early signs of pregnancy? I just returned from Pakistan (conflict photographer). -American in Europe

It is now more than 4 months since you have missed your period. Usually the symptoms of frequency of urination lasts till first three months, though the breast tenderness and other pregnancy related breast changes do continue. By this time, the secretions from the breasts do start. Please check by squeezing whether you are having any. If so chances of pregnancy are quite high.
Aversion to smells and some types of foods also is predominant for first three months, however, may continue further.
At such an advanced stage of missed period, usually abdominal and vaginal clinical examinations are quite conclusive to diagnose pregnancy. By this time even the foetal heart sounds also can be heard by stethoscope.
Please consult your obstetrician and get your pregnancy detected or ruled out.
Ultrasonography at this stage will be 100 % conclusive.
