Is Fatigue, Pricking Pain In Back And Heart With Tingly Chest Common After Being On Antibiotics For Pneumonia?

Hi. I was diagnosed with pneumonia a week ago. I have finished taking azithromyzin for pneumonia and cipro for uti. The doctor said they can t give me anymore antibiotics. Doctor also said I can work. At work, i feel like i am so tired after a couple of hours. Have fast heart beat. I also have a fever feeling inside but actually no fever whwn checked. Back of chest feels pain like needles and sometimes, it feels like my heart hurts. I don t even cough at all. Also i have a tingly feeling on my left chest all the way to arm. And my left hand feels so cold than the other. Please advise. Lots of suggestions from people, anxiety and some sorts. Ekg, bloodwork, urinalysis were all fine.

Hello. Its symptoms are common in people who have suffered pneumonia and not have fever is a good evolution sign, but I consider advisable see your physician for examination and check lung function.I wish you good health.
