Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that any infection in the body can raise heart rate a little more than normal, which is normal and will settle after infection control.

Kindly speak to your treating physician who can make you better understand.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind regards.
