Is Excessive Weight Gain After A Lap-Band Surgery A Matter Of Concern?

I had the fluid removed from my lap band in December I have slowly gained weight but over the past few weeks I have gained almost 20 lbs. My legs, hands, feet and face are all swollen. My stomach is extremely swollen and hurts to touch it or bend. I am very fatigued. I am not eating much and actually on a low calorie diet. Any suggestions, should I be concerened?
