Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.

2.The very first and most important sign of pregnancy is a missing period. Other symptoms like white discharge, nausea, dizziness, food cravings, breast pain may or may not be present.

3. In view of delayed periods , I will suggest getting morning’s first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert medical supervision; if you do not want to continue with the pregnancy.

4.USG done by you was too early to detect pregnancy, as it takes at least 5 weeks from the date of last period for pregnancy sac to be visible on USG.
So in my opinion if your pregnancy test is positive, get USG done after 10 days or so.

5.In case of negative pregnancy test, in my opinion a course of Regestrone would benefit you. Please ask your doctor about Drug withdrawal bleeding/about Regestrone therapy.'

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!
