Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.

With the trigger injection ovulation occurs 36 hours later. So it is good that you had intercourse on Friday and Saturday. Cramping pain could be just ovulatory pain. It is one of the signs of ovulation. It does not indicate pregnancy. Pregnancy symptoms start about 10-12 days after ovulation.

Wish you good luck.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
