Is Combiflam Safe To Be Taken Twice Daily For 5 Days?
Hello Dr. I wanted to know whether combiflam is safe to take ? I am from India and I am told to take dosage of daily 2 tabs 5 days for allergic rhinitis(cold).Actually there are different opinions regarding ethe tablet such as it affects kidneys etc. Please help me.

Hi ,
Taking NSAID n paracetamol for 5 days does not causes significant renal damage in its normal dosage form ( it should be avoided in renal pathology )
But in my opinion you should start tab levecetrizine 5mg OD for 3days then sos in case of allergic rhinitis (with nasal decongetant ).
